ACUPUNCTURE | NUTRITION | SKINCARE
A healing sanctuary where you can
rest, restore and realign body mind & spirit.
Located in the heart of the Vail Valley in Eagle-Vail, Colorado,
Young Mountain Wellness offers relief from a variety of health concerns.
As a compliment to our acupuncture treatments, we are excited to offer a range of holistic skincare treatments, as well as nutrition and supplement therapies.
Our goal is to help you feel & look your best and to live life from your highest capacity!
Food is perhaps the single most influential component of health. At YMW we take an integrative approach to nutrition therapy combining functional medicine & biochemical knowledge with age-old philosophies & practices from East Asian Medicines.
YMW offers custom holistic facials using organic and biodynamic skincare products that are results oriented for your specific skincare concerns. Other skincare treatments offered include acupuncture based microneedling, nano microneedling, and cosmetic acupuncture.
Our clinic utilizes a unique acupuncture approach by
integrating Sports Medicine Acupuncture,
trigger and motor point needling with Kototama,
a form of traditional Japanese Meridian Therapy that
supports the whole body.

"what's in the well, comes out in the water"
my philosophy
We focus on your 'well', your energetic reserves, and treat chi, which is the energy driving physical form. Addressing downstream issues is symptom chasing. Although the alleviation of your symptoms is of highest priority, we take a different approach. We not only treat your symptoms but also take an upstream approach, and treat the source of the imbalance to support your whole body in functioning better.
